Rehearsals for each scene are scheduled on consistent weekly days and times, performers do not attend every rehearsal block. Each ensemble is assigned specific times within our Tuesday (4–7 PM), Thursday (4–7 PM), and Saturday (11–3 PM) rehearsal windows. Because rehearsals are broken down by ensemble and role, we rely on the conflicts you provide — including ongoing activities such as sports, dance, lessons, or other weekly commitments — to determine which roles your child can be cast in and to build a schedule that works for your family. Some roles may require multiple weekly rehearsals, and leading roles will have additional required sessions; leading roles with more than three unexcused absences may be recast. Please list all conflicts, absences, and vacations on the audition sheet.

Please print and bring your completed audition sheet to auditions; we use this form during the audition and casting process. Additional copies will be available at The Center if you forget or cannot print ahead of time.
